Working at Campera

We expect our employees to be flexible as possible in the way they organize their work.  
Everyone at Campera works to achieve objectives and goals.
Working at Campera you can be asked to design a floating point FIR filter in VHDL, to write the user guide for the same filter you implemented, to test the filter on a FPGA and so on. You can decide how to organize these tasks. 
Obviously for some roles and some responsibilities you'll be asked to join our offices. But Campera strongly believes in remote work and we can cooperate with people around the world, because we focus on results.
